  • ∙0.75 oz. Artizan Chicha Morada Cordial
  • 2 oz. Japanese Sansho Pepper Infused Shochu
  • 0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Egg White

Instructions

Add all ingredients in a shaker tin and dry shake to emulsify.

Add ice to shaker tin and shake again.

Double strain into a coupe glass.
