Ingredients:

• .75 oz Palermo Grapefruit

• 1 oz gin

• .5 oz elderflower liqueur

• .5 oz lemon juice

• Sparkling water

• Prosecco

How to:

Shake, strain into glass over fresh ice and top off with bubbles.
